terra firma LT has worked together with PUPA while designing the central park of Nida, Lithuania‘s sea resort town. Currently empty green space is being transformed into attractive space for recreation and leisure gathering. The terra firma LT designed planting scheme creates a comforting, intimate environment. Plant species with blue, grey and green tones add to Nida‘s indigenous character and are mostly native to Curonian spit. Planting is composed so as to highlight the character of the meeting point of sea (mountain pines and grasses) and the lagoon (perennials with grey and blue tones) where the town of Nida is located (highlight of blue and yellow perennials with small multi-stem trees).
